Scratches, color differences, and functional defects should be checked one by one. If a problem is found, take a photo to record it immediately and report it to the customer.
Each inspection results in a written report and a photo album. You get to see it before the goods are shipped – confirm it before packing, and do not ship without confirmation.

How long does inspection take?
Standard orders under 1,000 units are completed within 48 hours of goods arriving at our warehouse. Larger orders take 2–4 working days. We send the photo report as soon as it's done.
Is inspection included in the sourcing fee?
A standard inspection is included for all orders placed through our sourcing service. Additional services — such as 100% item-by-item inspection or third-party lab testing — are quoted separately.
Do you work with suppliers we already use?
Yes. You can send goods from any of your existing Yiwu suppliers to our warehouse address. We receive, inspect, and consolidate them alongside any goods we source for you.
What happens if you find a problem?
We contact you with photos and a clear description of the issue. You decide: reject the batch, ask us to negotiate a rework with the supplier, or accept with a price adjustment. We manage the conversation with the factory.
Can you handle Amazon FBA prep?
Yes. FBA prep — including poly-bagging, sticker labelling, carton marking, and shipment creation — is handled at our warehouse before loading. We follow current Amazon FBA guidelines for your marketplace.
