Most buyers photograph products after they arrive home. That means waiting weeks, arranging a second session, and sometimes shipping samples back separately. There is a simpler way.

Let us know at the sourcing stage or once goods arrive at our warehouse. We need at least 2 business days' notice before the container is loaded.

Confirm your SKU list and shot requirements
Tell us how many SKUs, which angles matter, and whether you need detail shots or just white background. We send a quote based on this.

We shoot, retouch, and deliver the files
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from goods entering the photography area. Files arrive by download link.

Samples go back into your shipment
After shooting, samples are re-packed into your container and shipped with the rest of your order. Nothing is discarded without your instruction.

What Buyers Ask
Before adding photography to their first order.
Can I add photography to an existing order?
Yes, as long as goods are still in our warehouse and have not yet been loaded for shipment. Give us at least 2 business days' notice before your planned container loading date.
What if I'm not sourcing through you — can I still use this service?
Yes. Have your supplier ship samples directly to our Yiwu warehouse. We photograph from those samples and return them with your outbound shipment or dispose of them per your instructions.
How do you handle background colour?
Standard sessions use pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), which meets Amazon's main image requirements. We can do off-white or light grey on request — confirm at the time of booking.
What if I'm unhappy with the photos?
One round of feedback and revision is included in every session. If there are clear technical issues — wrong angle, out of focus, missing detail — we reshoot at no charge before the container loads.
How many photos do I get per SKU?
This depends on your brief — we confirm angles when you send the shot list. Most white background sessions cover front, back, and 2–3 side angles. Detail shots are additional and quoted separately.
Do you offer video or lifestyle photography?
Not through this service. We focus on white background and product detail photography — the formats most importers use for their listings. For lifestyle or video work, we can point you to suitable options.
