When commission is calculated and paid
Commission is calculated on the product order value after the order is fully completed — meaning goods have been shipped, received, and payment from the purchaser has been settled. Commission is not issued on orders that are in progress, partially completed, or cancelled. Payment to you follows within 15 business days of confirmed order completion.

What applicants ask us most before joining.
Is there a minimum order value to earn commission?
No. Any completed order generates a commission — regardless of order size. There is no floor. The exact rate is agreed in your partner agreement before you make any introductions.
How do I know when my referral places an order?
Your partner manager notifies you on Whatsapp when the purchaser you introduced confirms an order — and again when the order completes and commission is due. Every introduction and its status is tracked manually and confirmed to you in writing.
How long does a referral stay on record under my name?
12 months from the date we log the introduction. Any order the purchaser completes within that window earns you commission. After 12 months, contact your partner manager — active relationships can be renewed for another term.
Can I refer a purchaser I've already introduced informally?
Yes, if no formal order has been confirmed yet. Contact your partner manager and we register the referral from today. We cannot backdate commission on orders already confirmed before your partner account was active.
What if my referral places multiple orders over time?
You earn commission on every order the purchaser completes during their 12-month referral window — not just the first. A purchaser who orders quarterly generates four commissions per year for you.
How and when is commission paid?
In USD by international wire transfer or PayPal within 15 business days of order completion. Commissions below $50 accumulate until the threshold is reached before payment is issued.
